The job it self was done well, but the guys left a mess i,e gripper rods and spare carpet in random places. Didn't bother to tell me about that, or that they couldn't get the doors back on. Didn't hoover after them selves either. Had to wrestle a gripper rod from the 1,5 year old, as I didn't even know it was there! When I complained about the mess they came back and charged 40 to remove 1 rubbish bag. All and all, they did what they said they would, but not a great customer experience.
