Ordered a lamb jalfrezi and a chicken jalfrezi to be delivered. When these items came they tasted and looked like kormas . Genuinely thought they had mixed them up so when I phoned I was shocked with the manner in which they conducted themselves. I went through the ingredients of what should be in a jalfrezi, none of which were included in chillis "version". Was hung up on twice as his answer was basically tough what do you want me to do about it. I offered to bring them back down but was told no and no money would be refunded. Shocking service. Never heard anyone so unwilling to help their customers. Shop local??? Nah it will be back to dheli's winter for me where they serve authentic Indian dishes. This was the first time I had tried here and it will certainly be the last.
